Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

Simple Spark LLC (“Simple Spark,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit onesimplespark.com or engage our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, hire us, or email us, you provide your name, email, phone, company, and the message you write. If you become a client, we may also collect billing details.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers log basic visit data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps). We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a small number of cookies for session state and to remember accessibility preferences. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
  • To send project updates, invoices, and (with consent) occasional client newsletters.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the site.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share with

We share information only with the parties we need to in order to run the business:

  • Service providers — hosting (Vercel), email (Google Workspace), analytics (Google Analytics, configured to anonymize IPs), payment processing. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
  • Authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers — if Simple Spark is acquired or merges, your information may transfer to the successor entity under this same policy.

Your choices

  • Access, correction, deletion. Email us at info@onesimplespark.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted (subject to records we’re legally required to keep).
  • Opt-out of communications. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
  • Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as expected.
  • Do Not Track. We honor browser DNT signals where technically practical.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project files are typically retained for seven years after engagement close.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

State-specific notices

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) have additional rights under state privacy laws — including the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email info@onesimplespark.com.

International users

Simple Spark is based in Arkansas, USA. By using the site you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for material changes we’ll notify clients by email.
