- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, hire us, or email us, you provide your name, email, phone, company, and the message you write. If you become a client, we may also collect billing details.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers log basic visit data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps). We use this to operate the site, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate traffic.

- Business transfers — if Simple Spark is acquired or merges, your information may transfer to the successor entity under this same policy.
Your choices
- Access, correction, deletion. Email us at info@onesimplespark.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted (subject to records we’re legally required to keep).
- Opt-out of communications. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as expected.
- Do Not Track. We honor browser DNT signals where technically practical.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage for sensitive data, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project files are typically retained for seven years after engagement close.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
State-specific notices

International users
Simple Spark is based in Arkansas, USA. By using the site you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and for material changes we’ll notify clients by email.
